Ingredients: Blueberries
Blueberries or Vaccinium myrtillus, (sometimes known as the European Blueberry), is a shrub species bearing edible blue-coloured fruits. This plant is native to Europe, northern Asia, Greenland, Western Canada, and the Western United States, and thrives in natural habitats with acidic soils.
With a traditional use spanning almost a millennium in European medicine, blueberries have been a staple in traditional Austrian medicine, taken internally as fresh fruit, or tea.
Blueberries are often referred to as a "superfood" due to their high content of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals - they are particularly rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, and dietary fiber.
Our blueberry powder can be used to enhance the flavour and colour of a wide range of foods, from smoothies and yogurt to baked goods and desserts.
