Shipping
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that your order is dispatched by the following working day.
New Zealand:
Unless otherwise agreed shipping is via Road courier to NZ residential addresses.
Delivery is typically 1-3 days from date of order but maybe longer for rural addresses.
Australia:
Unless otherwise agreed shipping to Australia is via Air parcel and delivery timings are 10-14 days but maybe longer. If required delivery can be via courier at additional cost.
The customer is liable for any duties, local taxes or duties charged.
Passing of Risk & Delivery
Responsibility and risk in the products shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery. Delivery is deemed to be complete upon signature or if the customer has granted “Permission to leave” or an instruction to leave in a specified location, upon delivery to the specified location.

New Zealand:
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
