Looking for something to take along to a family event, for a work snack or to a Christmas do? These Raspberry and White Chocolate bliss balls will do the trick!
Healthy, easy to make, delicious and aesthetically pleasing...what more could you want?
All you need:
- 1 Cup Raspberry Crumble
- 1 Cup Cashew nuts
- 1 Cup Coconut (Desiccated)
- 1/2 Cup Dates (10-15 dates)
- 1-2 Tablespoons Agave Syrup
- 1/3 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 Cup White Chocolate
How to make them:
1. Soak the dates in hot water for 5 minutes, set aside
2. Blend Raspberry Crumble, Cashews and coconut in a food processor or nutribullet
3. Add the dates and blend again
4. Add the agave syrup and Dark Chocolate Chips (optional), stir then roll into balls
5. Place the bliss balls in the fridge/freezer for 30 minutes
6. Melt the white chocolate, drizzle on top and sprinkle more Raspberry Crumble for decoration!
